Catrak Promotes Jim Noble to COO to Lead the Next Phase of Growth Mobile-first Telematics and Field Workforce Solutions

Catrak Technologies is pleased to announce the promotion of Jim Noble to Chief Operating Officer. Since joining Catrak, Jim has been a driving force in the company's evolution, bringing strategic clarity, operational discipline and a genuine commitment to our people and mission.

As Product Director, he led the team responsible for advancing Catrak's product vision, deepening customer and partner relationships and positioning the company for scalable growth.

Jim's promotion comes at a defining moment for Catrak. The company is expanding its portfolio to include both green and traditional telematics, insurance and field workforce solutions. Jim is uniquely qualified to bring these offerings to market that will bring value across the company's target industries.  

With more than 40 years of experience spanning commercial transportation, safety and insurance, Jim's career is rooted in the industry he now helps lead. He began at his family's trucking business and has since held senior leadership roles in transportation and risk management, with a focus on driver technology innovation for fleets and insurers over the past 25 years. He is also a published author and recognized industry speaker.

As COO, Jim will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring Catrak executes against its strategic goals while sustaining the innovation and customer-first approach that defines the company.

Stepping out of the COO role, John Rollins will continue as Executive Chairman, remaining actively engaged in strategic direction, investor relations and key corporate initiatives.
